DIGIKART

Your loyalty card, in your customers' Apple Wallet

Two people search for the same thing here: the shopper who wants their loyalty cards in one place, and the shop owner who wants to issue one. Digikart is for the second. You create your card, your customers add it to Apple Wallet by scanning the QR code on your counter, and the balance updates on their phone at every visit.

Included in the Free plan The Apple Wallet card is part of the Free plan, with unlimited customers, and the logo, the banner and the large-format iOS 27 card come with the Plus plan (€17 incl. VAT a month, around £15, billed in euros).

Nothing for your customer to install

They scan your QR code with the phone camera, tap once, and the card sits in Apple Wallet next to their bank cards and travel passes. No app, no account, no password. Customers on Android add the same card to Google Wallet, from the same QR code, and a phone that does not handle wallets opens a web card instead.

Your name and your colours on the card

The Free plan puts your business name and your colour on the card, with unlimited customers. The Plus plan adds your logo, a visual banner, the text colour and your own wording for stamps or points, so the card looks like your shop rather than a template.

The large-format card on iOS 27

On iPhones running iOS 27, Apple Wallet shows the card as a large full-frame image with two buttons underneath. The first opens the customer's balance, their rewards and their history. The second is yours to choose: order, book an appointment, shop, call you or show your offers. It comes with the Plus plan.

A card that keeps itself up to date

Every stamp or point you record at the till reaches the card already in your customer's pocket, with nothing to reinstall. Change your colour, your reward or your wording and the cards already added update by themselves, on both iPhone and Android.

How it works

You create your account for free, with no card details, and set the card during sign-up: your business name, your colour, stamps or points according to the amount spent, and the reward you give. Digikart then hands you a counter poster carrying your QR code, ready to print. Your customer scans it once with the phone camera and the card lands in their Apple Wallet. On every visit after that, you scan the QR code on their card from the Digikart app on your iPhone or from your browser, and their balance moves on their phone within seconds. If you take the Plus plan, the large-format iOS 27 card is one switch in My card, and the cards already installed pick it up on their own.

Frequently asked questions

Do my customers have to download an app?

No. They scan your QR code once with the phone camera and the card is added to Apple Wallet. Nothing to install, no account to create, no password to remember. If their phone does not handle wallets, a web card takes over and works the same way at the till.

Do I need an Apple Developer account to issue passes?

No. Digikart signs the Apple Wallet passes for you, so there is no Pass Type ID certificate to obtain, no developer account to pay for and no code to write. You choose your name, your colour and your reward, and the card is ready to hand out from your poster.

Is the Apple Wallet card really included in the free plan, and what does it cost in pounds?

Yes, the card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet is in the Free plan, with unlimited customers and no card details at sign-up. The Plus plan (€17 incl. VAT a month, around £15) adds your logo, your banner and the large-format iOS 27 card, and the Pro plan is €49 incl. VAT a month, around £42. Billing is in euros, so the sterling figure follows the exchange rate.

Can I change the card after my customers have added it?

Yes. Your card is not a pass file generated once and frozen: change your colour, your reward or your wording in the dashboard and the cards already sitting in Apple Wallet update by themselves, with nothing for your customers to reinstall.

I am a shopper, not a business. How do I add a loyalty card to Apple Wallet?

Ask the shop for their QR code, usually on a poster next to the till, and scan it with your phone camera. The card is added to Apple Wallet in a few seconds, and it keeps your balance up to date on its own. Digikart is the tool the shop uses, so a card exists only once your local business has created one.
