Digikart is a French digital loyalty card solution for local businesses. Your customers' card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, next to their bank card: you scan their card on every visit, their stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks automatically.
Yes. The Free plan is free, with no bank card, no time limit and no cap on customers. It includes the Wallet card (stamps or points), one reward, the counter poster and QR, visit scanning and the dashboard. The Pro plan, at €49 per month incl. VAT all inclusive, adds unlimited notifications, POS connection, automations, detailed statistics and advanced customisation.
Your customers, never: their card is added to the wallet already on their phone (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) by scanning your QR once. You, the merchant, can do everything from the browser, and a free iPhone app exists for scanning and managing your programme at the counter.
About 15 minutes: creating the account, customising the card (colour, reward), printing the poster with its QR code, and putting the poster on the counter. No hardware to buy, no technical installation.
Local businesses: bakeries, cafés, restaurants, bars, hair salons, beauty salons, florists, food trucks and shops. If your customers come back regularly, a Digikart loyalty programme applies to your business.
Yes. Digikart is developed in France, in Rennes, and all data is hosted in France. Support is provided directly by the team.
No, never: the card is entirely free for your customers. They have nothing to install, nothing to pay and no account to create: one scan of your QR is enough.
The digital card lives in the phone: it does not get lost, forgotten or put through the washing machine. The balance is kept at Digikart, nobody can credit themselves since you confirm every visit, and your dashboard finally shows you who comes back.
The Pro plan handles all your shops under a single account, with no limit on their number and no extra charge per venue. Your customers have just one Wallet card, valid everywhere, and their stamps add up from one shop to the next. Each location keeps its sign-up QR, its poster, its employees and the count of its own visits. If one of your venues is in a different trade (a bakery and a bar under the same account), it can also have its own separate programme.
Yes. On iPhone, the card is added to Apple Wallet, the wallet app preinstalled on every iPhone. The customer scans your QR with their camera, taps “Add”, and their card is installed.
Yes. On Android, the card is added to Google Wallet. If the phone does not have Google Wallet, a web version of the card stays accessible from the browser: no customer is left out.
The customer scans your counter QR with their iPhone camera. A page opens, they enter their first name if they wish, then tap “Add to Apple Wallet”: the card appears in their wallet, with your name, your colours and their stamp or point balance.
They can still enjoy the programme if your till is connected (Pro plan): they simply give their phone number at checkout and their points are credited automatically, with no card. Without a connected till, the programme relies on the card in the phone.
No. No data is required to get the card: first name, birthday and phone number are optional. The card even works completely anonymously.
Yes. As soon as you confirm a visit, the card in the customer's phone shows the new balance. On iPhone, the update is pushed directly to the Wallet card.
Your business name, your colours and your logo, their stamp or point balance, the reward to reach, and your current messages (offer, news). Everything updates automatically.
If they change iPhone, their Apple Wallet cards follow the automatic transfer to the new device; on Android, Google Wallet follows their Google account. The Digikart card therefore migrates with the rest of their phone. On the same device, scanning the counter QR again also brings their card back.
No cause for concern: the balance is not stored in the card itself. By scanning your counter QR again, they immediately get their card back with all their stamps or points.
Yes: once added, the card stays visible in the Wallet even with no network, like all Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards. The displayed balance updates as soon as the phone finds a connection, and at the counter nothing changes since you are the one confirming the visit.
Yes. Like all Apple Wallet cards, the Digikart card also shows on the customer's Apple Watch, with an up-to-date balance. That is standard Wallet behaviour, with no extra setting.
It is not lost: like any notification, it appears when the phone is switched on. The message stays displayed on the card anyway, which the customer will see next time they open their Wallet.
No: each card is attached to a single business, with its own programme and its own balance. If another business also uses Digikart, the customer will have another card there, independent of yours.
Three causes, in order of frequency. The first: scheduled notification summary, in the phone's settings. If it is active for Wallet, the notification does not appear when sent; it is set aside and delivered in the daily digest. The second: if the Wallet app is open when the update arrives, the card updates silently, with no banner. The third: resending a message already displayed produces nothing, because Apple and Google only announce changes. In every case, the message stays displayed on the card.
The message goes to everyone at the same time, but how it appears depends on each phone: a device that is switched off will see it when turned on, a customer with the scheduled summary active will get it in their digest. The message itself appears on the card as soon as it updates, and stays there for the whole duration you chose.
The customer shows their card (in their Wallet), you scan it with the Digikart iPhone app or from your online area: the stamp is added in two seconds. In points mode, you enter the purchase amount and the points work themselves out.
Yes. Stamps mode credits one stamp per visit (ideal for cafés, bakeries). Points mode credits points based on the amount spent (ideal for restaurants, shops, salons). You choose the mode when creating the card and can adjust it later.
When the threshold is reached (for example 10 stamps), the card shows it and you see it at scan time too. The customer claims their reward at the counter; you confirm it, and their counter starts again.
Yes, from the Plus plan on: up to 3 tiers, for example 5 stamps for a coffee and 10 for a pastry. The customer chooses to take their reward or keep collecting. The Free plan offers a single reward.
Yes, with the Pro plan: you create employee accounts that can only confirm visits. They have access neither to your statistics, nor to your customers, nor to your settings.
No: you (or your connected till) confirm every visit, never the customer. Without confirmation on your side, no stamp is credited.
Gently: put the QR on the counter, offer the digital card to every customer who shows their paper one, and credit the stamps already earned by hand. The customer loses nothing, and your paper cards disappear visit by visit.
None. Your counter QR is public: it only serves to sign up to your programme, and scanning it never credits any stamp. Since only you confirm visits, copying the QR allows neither cheating nor misuse.
Yes, from the Plus plan on, at €17 per month incl. VAT: your logo appears at the top of the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card, in place of the Digikart logo. You can also add a banner photo and set the text colour.
Yes, on every plan: you choose your card's colour from a palette or with your exact colour code. The preview shows you the card exactly as your customers will see it, on iPhone and on Android.
Yes: you freely set the threshold (for example 8, 10 or 12 visits) and the reward text. In points mode, you set the number of points required and the value of one euro spent.
Yes: an A4 poster (or two A5 posters) in your business colours, with your QR code, is generated in one click, ready to print or to download as a PDF.
Yes, with the Pro plan: your flash deals and messages appear on the card and as a notification on the lock screen, with no billed SMS, as often as you like.
Yes, as often as needed and free of charge: the poster regenerates as a PDF from your area, on every plan. The QR stays the same, and your existing customers see no difference.
Yes, anywhere your customers can scan it: window, tables, bags. Since it is public and only serves for signing up, displaying it widely carries no risk: the more it is seen, the more customers you sign up.
No, never: cards already installed update automatically, whether you change the colour, the reward or a message. Your customers have nothing to redo.
Yes, that is the principle of the Pro plan's flash deals: you set how long it shows, and the deal expires automatically at the deadline. It then disappears from your customers' cards with no action on your part.
A feature of the Plus and Pro plans: you give the customer stamps or points in advance as soon as they sign up. Their card is not empty on day one, which encourages them to come back and complete the series.
With the Pro plan, a customer who has given their birthday (always optional) automatically receives their birthday reward on the day. You have nothing to do: Digikart takes care of it every year.
As many as you like: the number of customers is unlimited, including on the free plan. It is a Digikart particularity: the basic card is genuinely free, with no hidden cap.
No. The Free plan is free with no duration and no commitment. The Pro plan is monthly, with no commitment, with 14 days free, and cancellable online at any time.
As of 4 September 2026, on the public prices of vendors selling in the UK and Ireland, entry subscriptions range from £8.99 (StampClub, a browser card without Wallet) to £77 (Loyalzoo); Perkstar starts at £15 and Stamp Me at £39. Digikart Plus costs €17 per month incl. VAT and Digikart Pro €49 incl. VAT, all inclusive. What sets Digikart apart: the free plan has no cap on customers and carries the merchant's brand, where the others compared offer no free plan at all. Details on digikart.app/en/tarifs.
Yes, two months free on both paid plans. Digikart Plus comes to €170 per year incl. VAT instead of €204, that is €14.17 per month. Digikart Pro comes to €490 per year incl. VAT instead of €588, that is €40.83 per month. Paying yearly adds no commitment: it is cancelled like the monthly plan, at the end of the period already paid for.
Your account falls back to the free plan, never to a lockout. Your customers and their cards stay in place, with their stamps and their points. The subscription's features stop acting, but your settings remain saved: if you resubscribe, you find your card as you left it, with nothing to redo.
The Plus plan, at €17 per month incl. VAT, buys the look of the card: your logo, a free-form banner, the text colour, the unit names, up to 3 reward tiers and the welcome bonus. It sends no notifications. The Pro plan, at €49 incl. VAT, includes everything in the Plus plan and adds what works on its own: unlimited notifications, automations, statistics, employee accounts, locations and POS connection. In short: Plus makes the card beautiful, Pro makes it active.
Everything, for a single price of €49 per month incl. VAT: everything in the Plus plan (logo, banner, colours, reward tiers, welcome bonus), plus unlimited notifications and campaigns, connection to your till, automations (birthday, win-back of inactive customers, Google review collection), detailed statistics with CSV export, employee accounts, and as many locations as you have shops. No paid option.
No. Notifications go through the Wallet card, not by SMS: they are free and unlimited. There is no hardware to buy: your phone or your computer is enough. Only the installation of the POS connection is billed once, €149 incl. VAT, if you ask for it.
By bank card, through Stripe, from your online area. You receive an invoice, and you can cancel online at any time.
Yes, whenever you want, in both directions and between all three plans. If you move down, your customers and their cards stay in place: only the features of the plan you left are switched off.
Yes, with no risk at all: the Free plan is a trial with no time limit and no card details. Create your account, customise your card and scan your own phone to see exactly what your customers will experience. And if Pro tempts you, it is free for 14 days.
The subscription starts at the chosen plan's price, €17 per month incl. VAT for Plus (3 days free) or €49 incl. VAT for Pro (14 days free), with no commitment and cancellable online at any time. If you prefer to go back to the Free plan before the 14 days are up, you pay nothing and you keep all your customers and their cards.
Yes. Your customers and your statistics belong to you, and everything is hosted in France. CSV export (customers and visits) is included in the Pro plan: you leave with your data whenever you want.
Yes. The data collected is minimal (none is required from the end customer), used only to run the programme, hosted in France, and never sold on. The site works with no advertising cookie and no consent banner.
Your account, your cards and all your data are permanently deleted, after confirmation by email. Nothing is kept.
Never. Your customer's card shows only your business: your colours, your rewards, your messages.
As long as your account exists: that is what keeps your customers' cards and balances valid over time. If you delete your account, everything is permanently erased.
No. Messages go only through the Wallet card, as notifications, and only for your business. Your customers' details are never sold on or used for any purpose other than your programme.
Yes, with the Pro plan: at checkout, the customer's points are credited automatically, amount included, with nothing to do. A Popina connector already exists, and an open API allows other POS software to be connected. Tell us which one you use: the compatibility study is free.
Yes, a free iPhone app on the App Store: scanning visits at the counter, tracking activity, customising the card and managing customers. On Android and on a computer, your online area offers the same functions from the browser.
Yes: your account works simultaneously on the iPhone app, the tablet and the computer. Employee accounts (Pro plan) additionally allow scan-only access for your team.
Scanning requires an internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G). If it drops, you can credit the visit a few minutes later: the customer has nothing to redo.
With the Pro plan: after a number of visits you choose, the customer receives, once only, an invitation to leave a Google review of your business. Only customers who are already loyal are asked, at the right moment.
With the Pro plan, you choose the period of inactivity that triggers the win-back and the message sent. A customer who has not come back within that period then automatically receives your message on their card, with no action on your part.
On every plan, your dashboard shows your programme's activity. The Pro plan adds detailed statistics and CSV export of your data, to analyse your customers' loyalty as finely as you wish.
Yes, with the Pro plan, with no limit on their number and no extra charge per shop. You add your locations from My card, and each receives its sign-up QR, its poster and its employee accounts. Your first shop keeps the QR you already use: the posters already printed keep working as they are.
No, one single Wallet card, valid in all your shops. Stamps add up from one location to the next: a customer who drops by your town-centre shop in the morning and the station one in the evening moves along the same card, with nothing to reinstall.
Yes. A location can be declared independent: it then has its own card, its own rewards and its own colours. That is what to choose if you run, say, a bakery and a bar under the same account. Its customers are its own, whereas an ordinary location shares the brand's card and customers.
Every visit is assigned to the location where it was scanned, and your Customers page sorts them by the venue where they signed up. You therefore follow each shop's activity separately, on top of the brand total.
Yes, and it is a good use of locations: you create one pitch per regular market, each with its poster and its QR, which shows you which brings you the most customers. Your customers keep a single card wherever they run into you.
You archive it rather than delete it: its customers and their stamps stay in place, and your history is not cut short. The venue simply disappears from your everyday tabs, and its former customers remain visible in the full list.
Free card, unlimited customers, no bank card, ready in 15 minutes.
