The loyalty programme for your bar

A bar lives on its regulars. The card in their phone rewards the Thursday night round, and your next event is announced by a notification on all their cards. Behind the bar, it is loyalty software your staff pick up in a minute, and which lets you announce the next event without paying for a single SMS.

Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.

What the paper card costs you

How it works

You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.

The recommended programme for your bar

At the bar, the stamp rules: 10 visits, a free pint or cocktail. The real lever is the notification (Pro plan): “Live music tonight, second half free for cardholders” sent at 5pm reaches all your customers at once, free, with no SMS.

Frequently asked questions

Scanning at the bar on a Friday night, realistic?

Yes: two seconds per scan. And the POS connector (Popina and others, Pro plan) even removes the gesture: points are credited at checkout.

Can I limit the reward to certain products?

The reward text is free: “a free pint of lager”, “a free coffee or soft drink”... You define exactly what you offer, and you confirm the redemption at the bar.

Does it work for a brasserie serving lunch too?

Very well: many bar-brasseries use points on the lunchtime bill and notifications for the evenings. Both mechanics live on the same card.
