Two addresses, and already the same question: why does the loyalty card only work at one of them? The Pro plan handles all your locations under a single account, with one card for your customers, and no extra charge per shop.
Included in the Pro plan Multiple locations are included in the Pro plan (€49 per month incl. VAT, all inclusive), with no extra charge per shop. The Free plan handles one venue.
Your customers install only one Wallet card, and their stamps add up from one shop to the next. A customer who has lunch near your first address and shops near the second moves along the same counter, with nothing to reinstall.
A location has its own sign-up QR, its counter poster, its employee accounts and the count of its own visits. You see what each address brings in, on top of the brand total.
The Pro plan covers as many locations as you have, for the same price. No per-shop billing, no tier to cross when you open the next one.
A bakery and a bar under the same account do not have the same rewards. A location can therefore be declared independent, with its own card, its own colours and its own customers.
From My card, you add a location by giving it a name and a town. It immediately receives its own sign-up QR and its counter poster, ready to print. Your first shop keeps the QR you already use: the posters in place keep working with nothing to change. At the counter, the scanning screen remembers which shop you are working from, and an employee account attached to a location automatically assigns its scans to the right address. The day a shop closes, you archive it: its customers and their history stay in place.
As many as you have shops: the Pro plan imposes no limit on their number and charges nothing per additional venue.
No. Your original venue keeps exactly the same QR as before: the posters already up and the cards already installed on your customers' phones keep working. Only the new shop needs its own poster.
Yes. If their account is attached to a location, their scans are assigned to it automatically. If a team member moves between several addresses, leave their account unattached: visits are then assigned to the shop selected on the scanning device.
Yes, they are your brand's customers: you find them all in your area, sorted by the venue where they signed up. The only exception is a location declared independent, which has its own programme and therefore its own customers.
Yes, it is even a good use: you create one location per regular market, each with its poster, and you see which one brings you the most customers. Your customers keep a single card, wherever they run into you.
