Between the lunchtime regulars and the evening walk-ins, your dining room is full of customers you do not know. A card in their phone turns a decent lunch into a regular appointment. Front of house, it is loyalty software that fits in a phone: you set the programme once, the scan or the till does the rest, and the statistics tell you which service really builds loyalty.
Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.
You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.
In a restaurant, points mode is the fairest: €1 spent = 1 point, and a reward at 150 points (a free starter or dessert). The average bill counts, not just the visit. With the POS connection (Pro plan), points are credited on their own at checkout: your team has nothing to do.
Points, almost always: they reward the actual bill. A customer who comes as a party of four builds up faster than a solo lunch, which is both logical and motivating.
If your till is connected (Pro plan), no: points are credited automatically at checkout. Otherwise, scanning when the bill is paid takes two seconds.
Yes: the Pro plan's unlimited notifications appear on every customer's card. “Tonight, free kir for cardholders” sent at 4pm is the kind of message that fills a dining room on a Tuesday.
The basic loyalty card is free, with no cap on customers and no commitment. The Pro plan, all inclusive at €49 per month incl. VAT, can be taken whenever you want.
