Employee accounts limited to scanning

Your team must be able to confirm visits, not change your rewards or look at your figures. The Pro plan's employee accounts give everyone exactly what they need: scanning, and nothing else.

Included in the Pro plan Employee accounts are included in the Pro plan (€49 per month incl. VAT, all inclusive); the Free and Plus plans are limited to the merchant's access.

How it works

From your dashboard, you create an account for each team member. The employee signs in and reaches only the scanning screen: they confirm the stamps or points of customers going through the till. Statistics, card configuration, campaigns and account settings stay reserved for your merchant access.

What can an employee do with their account?

Scan only: they confirm customer visits at the counter. They see neither your statistics, nor your campaigns, nor your card settings.

Can an employee change my card or send notifications?

No. Employee access is limited to scanning visits. Card customisation, campaigns and statistics remain accessible only to the merchant's account.

Do employee accounts exist outside the Pro plan?

No, they are part of the Pro plan (€49 per month incl. VAT, all inclusive, 14 days free, no commitment). Neither the Free plan nor the Plus plan includes them. On the Free plan, only the merchant's account can scan.
