Your regulars have their table, their smoked tea, their slice of cheesecake. All they were missing was a card worthy of the place: in their phone, in your tea room's colours, and generous with those who return. For the room, it is loyalty software in your image: the card carries your colours and your name, and your regulars find it in their wallet.
Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.
You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.
In a tea room, the visit counts more than the amount: 10 visits, and the 11th comes with a free pastry alongside the tea. That is a pace a weekly regular completes in a quarter, close enough to motivate. On Pro, the flash deal “Scones straight out of the oven” posted at 2.30pm wakes up the silent early afternoons.
As you prefer: you confirm each visit, so you can credit both cards if both customers have one. The rule is yours, Digikart simply counts accurately.
The colour and the title are set from the free offer on; the Plus plan adds your logo and a banner, a photo of your shopfront or your cake display. The card becomes a small object of your tea room.
If you decide so, yes: a visit is a visit, at the counter as in the room. Many tea rooms happily accept it; the lunchtime cup often turns into Saturday's teapot.
The basic loyalty card is free, with no cap on customers and no commitment. The Pro plan, all inclusive at €49 per month incl. VAT, can be taken whenever you want.
