Passcard and Digikart sell the same thing at first glance: a loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with no app for the customer to install. Their price grid has changed since our August check, and that is why we redid this page: they no longer charge per additional customer, and their paid plans now include unlimited customers. One point to keep in mind before reading the table: Passcard shows its prices excluding VAT, we show ours with all taxes included. Their €35 comes to €42 incl. VAT, their €59 to €70.80 incl. VAT. Let us start with what has changed since our pricing check of 21 August 2026. Passcard then charged per additional customer beyond an included quota, and that was our main argument against them. It no longer exists: their Essentiel, Pro and Réseau plans now advertise unlimited customers, with no tiers or surcharge, and their pricing page says so in black and white. On this point, their price grid now says the same thing as ours.
That leaves price, and it calls for a clarification that many shop owners miss when comparing. Passcard shows its prices excluding VAT. Their Essentiel plan at €35 costs €42 incl. VAT per month, their Pro plan at €59 costs €70.80 incl. VAT. Our prices are shown with all taxes included: €17 for Plus, €49 for Pro, that is the amount that leaves your account, and Pro is €39 per month or €390 for the first year until 31 December 2026 as part of our launch offer. Over a year, their Pro comes to €708 incl. VAT against €490 for ours at the standard price. If you reclaim VAT, compare like with like: €590 excluding VAT with them, €490 with us: Digikart charges no VAT, so there is none to recover.
There are three points where Passcard is better placed, or does something we do not do, and we may as well write them down here. The first concerns messages. Their Essentiel plan allows five a month, with one automatic campaign, for €42 incl. VAT. With us, the Plus plan sends 3 a month for €17, with nothing automated, and you need the Pro plan, at €49 at the standard price, to stop counting them. A shop owner who wants to notify their customers four or five times a month, or who insists on an automatic campaign, and nothing else, will pay less with them. The second concerns the till: their REST API is included in the Pro plan, with no installation fee announced, and their developer page says they help with getting started, where we charge €149 once to connect the till. On this specific point, the connection works out cheaper with them. The third is about features: their Essentiel plan includes customer-to-customer referral, and their Pro plan loyalty on delivery orders as well as advanced segmentation that suggests whom to follow up with. Digikart has neither referral nor loyalty on delivery, and our automatic follow-up is limited to inactive customers.
What still separates us comes down to getting started and the bottom of the price grid. Thirty customers is a two-week test for a neighbourhood bakery, and at the end of those two weeks you have to pay or stop. Our free plan has no cap, and the card already carries your name and your colours there. Next, a shop owner who simply wants a card in their image, with their logo, their banner and several tiers, pays €17 with us; background customisation starts at €42 incl. VAT with them. Finally, shops: their Réseau plan adds €10 excl. VAT per additional location, i.e. €79 excl. VAT for three addresses, that is €94.80 incl. VAT, whereas our Pro plan counts them all for €49.
No, and that is the change that made us redo this page. Their Essentiel, Pro and Réseau plans now include an unlimited number of loyal customers, with no tier to cross and no cents per sign-up. Only their free plan remains capped, at 30 customers. In other words, with them as with us, your bill no longer moves when your customer list grows.
It depends on the plan, and above all on VAT. Their prices exclude VAT: €35 makes €42 incl. VAT, €59 makes €70.80 incl. VAT. Against our Pro plan at €49 at the standard price, their Pro is more expensive, and the gap holds over the year, €708 incl. VAT against €490. Against our Plus plan at €17, their Essentiel is too, but it does not buy the same thing: their Essentiel includes five notifications a month, where our Plus plan sends 3, as well as an automatic follow-up, customer-to-customer referral and CSV export, which our Plus plan does not have. Where they work out cheaper is for the shop owner who wants more than three notifications a month with no other need, since their Essentiel gives five for €42 incl. VAT when with us you have to move up to the Pro plan, and for the one who wants to connect a till, since their REST API comes with no installation fee.
When your needs fit within their Essentiel plan and you want more than three messages a month without moving up a plan, or when you want to connect a till without paying a connection fee: their REST API is included in the Pro plan and they help with getting started. Our offer targets the other scenario: the business that wants to start with no customer cap and without paying anything, then a card in its image for €17, and a till installation that we carry out, billed €149 once.
