Loyeo is probably our closest competitor: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card, no app, no setup fee and no commitment. Our two paid offers have no exact equivalent at theirs, and that must be said before comparing figures. Our Plus plan, at €17 per month incl. VAT, is cheaper than their entry offer, but it does one thing only: the card in your colours, with your tiers. It sends no notifications and automates nothing. The offer that genuinely compares with their “Basic” is our Pro plan, at €49 incl. VAT, more expensive than theirs but with no message quota, no extra charge per venue and the till included. Beware too of a point that distorts every comparison: Loyeo shows its prices excluding VAT, we show ours including VAT. The amounts below are therefore converted to include VAT, with the pre-VAT price recalled in brackets. Pricing recorded on loyeo.fr on 21 August 2026, to be checked on their site before any decision.

Let us be direct, because the answer changed on 25 August 2026 and depends on what you are comparing. Our paid entry is now cheaper than theirs: the Plus plan is €17 per month incl. VAT against €34.80 incl. VAT for Loyeo Basic. But the two do not do the same thing, and that is where the price gap comes from. Our Plus plan dresses the card, nothing more: your logo, your banner, your colours, up to three tiers and the welcome bonus. It sends no notifications and automates nothing. Their Basic includes a hundred messages a month and two automations. If you want to communicate with your customers, compare their Basic with our Pro plan, at €49 incl. VAT: that is where their entry offer is cheaper than ours, by €14.20, and we would rather tell you here than let you find out elsewhere.
The comparison flips as soon as you compare the full offers. Loyeo Pro is €58.80 per month incl. VAT, that is €9.80 more than our Pro plan, and it includes three venues then adds €10.80 incl. VAT per additional shop, whereas ours counts them without limit or surcharge. At one shop as at ten, our full offer is cheaper than theirs. We are correcting here a calculation this page long displayed wrongly: we were comparing their pre-VAT prices with our VAT-inclusive prices, which made them look about 17% cheaper than they are.
Their real functional difference is WhatsApp and SMS messages, with 300 and 600 units included then per-unit billing. That is a choice we deliberately set aside. An SMS costs money on every send, which pushes you to ration messages and makes the bill climb when you actually use it. We bet on the notification directly on the Wallet card: it is free, unlimited, and lands on the lock screen without going through an operator. If SMS matters to you, Loyeo answers that need; we do not.
There remains the point where the gap leans our way: getting started. At Loyeo, you have to decide within seven days, bank card in hand. With us, the free plan has neither a cap on customers nor an end date: you can run your programme for months, see whether it takes hold in your business, and pay only the day you want notifications, the POS connection or the automations. For a merchant who is not sure digital loyalty will work for them, that difference counts for more than a few euros a month.
It depends which offer you compare. Their entry, Basic, is €34.80 incl. VAT: that is twice our Plus plan (€17 incl. VAT), and €14.20 less than our Pro plan (€49 incl. VAT). The fair comparison therefore depends on your need. For a card in your colours, with your logo and several tiers, our Plus does the job for half the price. To send messages and automate, it is their Basic that is cheaper than our Pro, and we would rather write it. On the full offers, the gap flips: Loyeo Pro is €58.80 incl. VAT, above our Pro plan. Digikart makes sense in four cases: you want to start without paying, with no cap on customers and with your own brand on the card, whereas their free plan stops at a hundred customers and shows their colours; you want to connect your till, which we include and they only announce as “in progress”; several people will use the tool, when Basic allows only one; or you have several shops, billed €10.80 incl. VAT each with them beyond three.
Because an SMS is paid for on every send, which turns the customer relationship into a meter. The notification on the Wallet card lands on the customer's lock screen, costs nothing, and can be sent as often as needed on the Pro plan. It is a deliberate stance: it will not suit a business whose customers have few smartphones.
Nothing stops you, and it is even sensible. Our free plan asks for no bank card and does not expire, so you can leave Digikart running alongside for as long as it takes to form your own view with your own customers.
