Fidaly and Digikart address the same businesses with the same technology: the native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet loyalty card, with no app for the customer. The gap lies in the pricing model, and it is significant. Pricing recorded on fidaly.fr on 15 August 2026, to be checked on their site before any decision.

Fidaly aims higher than we do, and it shows in their pricing: their entry level starts above our full plan, and their network offer starts at €229 per month. The number of shops is no longer what separates the two tools: our Pro plan handles as many as you have, whereas Fidaly includes one on Essentiel and three on Pro. What their high range brings is dedicated support, and for a chain of twenty shops wanting a named contact, that makes sense: we do not claim to replace it.
For a local business, the gap is hard to justify. A salon or a bakery that simply wants to replace its stamp card pays at Fidaly a minimum of €59.99 per month with a one-year commitment, or €74.99 without, plus €0.08 per card beyond 500. At Digikart, the same business starts for free, with no cap on customers, moves to €17 per month incl. VAT if it wants the card in its colours and several tiers, and to €49 incl. VAT only if it wants notifications, the till or the automations.
One point deserves your attention: Fidaly does not say whether its prices exclude or include VAT. If they exclude it, 20% must be added, which brings the entry level to about €72 including VAT. Our prices are shown including VAT, that is, the amount actually charged. Check this point before comparing figures.
Mainly positioning. Fidaly builds a three-tier range, up to network offers costing several hundred euros a month, with the sales structure that goes with it. We made the opposite choice: two simple, readable plans, Digikart Plus at €17 incl. VAT for a card in your image and Digikart Pro at €49 incl. VAT all inclusive, with no options and no per-card billing. That suits an independent business very well, a twenty-store chain less so.
No. The Pro plan can be cancelled whenever you want and the free plan has no duration. At Fidaly, the twelve-month commitment is what unlocks the lowest prices on their scale: without it, their listed prices rise by about 25%.
Nothing. There is no threshold, no overage, no per-customer billing. That is the fundamental difference with price lists that include a quota: your bill does not move when your programme works.
