DIGIKART

Digikart or Zerosix: the honest comparison

Zerosix is one of the most visible names in digital loyalty in France. Their site claims more than 5,000 restaurant owners and merchants as customers and more than 70 software integrations. It is a broader offer than ours, with the savings pot, customer statuses, SMS campaigns and connection to tills and ordering kiosks. It is also an offer sold through demos, not online. Before comparing the figures, one point not to miss: Zerosix shows its prices excluding VAT, we show ours with all taxes included. Their €49 per month comes to €58.80 incl. VAT, and you have to add €190 excl. VAT for setup, i.e. €228 incl. VAT, once. Pricing recorded on zerosix.com on 16 September 2026, to be checked on their site before any decision.

Our honest reading

Let us start with the figure that often decides on its own. At Zerosix, the first year for a business with one address costs €190 excl. VAT for setup plus twelve months at €49 excl. VAT, i.e. €778 excl. VAT, that is €933.60 incl. VAT. Our Pro plan, which is our most complete offer, is €490 per year, setup included, and our free plan €0. For three shops, the gap widens further: Zerosix bills per venue, so €147 excl. VAT per month, i.e. €176.40 incl. VAT, whereas our Pro plan counts locations with no limit or surcharge, for €49 in total.

That does not mean Zerosix is expensive for nothing. Their offer does things ours does not, and that needs saying clearly. The savings pot, first: the customer builds up euros rather than stamps, which changes the way they come back. Then statuses, with levels that give increasing benefits, a mechanism that makes sense when you have high-spending regulars. SMS campaigns, which we deliberately ruled out. And above all the integrations: more than seventy connections announced, tills, business software and ordering kiosks, with the detail of the products consumed flowing into the programme.

So here is when Zerosix is the best choice, and we would rather write it here. If you are a restaurant owner with ordering kiosks and a till already in place, if you want loyalty to be triggered by the product bought and not only by the amount, if you need a savings pot or VIP statuses, or if you want someone on the phone to build the programme with you, their offer is made for that and ours does not replace it. A chain of fifteen restaurants that wants a programme connected to its systems will find a deeper tool with them than ours.

Digikart is aimed at the other half of the market: the business that wants to replace its stamp card with no big project and no upfront budget. You create your account yourself, the card is in your colours the same day, your customers add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and you only pay if you want more. It is also a difference in transparency: at Zerosix, the terms of the modules, the discount rate beyond four venues and the cost of SMS are not public as of 16 September 2026; you will find them out during the demo. Our three prices are on our pricing page, with all taxes included, and there is nothing hidden underneath.

Frequently asked questions

Is Zerosix more expensive than Digikart?

Yes on the listed price, and it comes down to two things. First, the €190 excl. VAT setup fee, i.e. €228 incl. VAT, which we do not charge. Then, their price is per venue, whereas our Pro plan covers all your shops. Watch the basis of comparison too: their €49 excludes VAT, i.e. €58.80 incl. VAT, whereas our €49 includes all taxes; if you reclaim VAT, compare the two invoices excluding VAT. And comparing two prices without comparing two scopes makes no sense: their offer includes the savings pot, statuses and till integrations, which we do not offer at the same level.

When should you choose Zerosix over Digikart?

When your programme has to live in your till. If you want to reward a specific product, run loyalty on an ordering kiosk, offer a savings pot in euros or customer statuses, Zerosix meets that need and we do not. It is also the right choice if you want sales support to build the programme. Our offer targets the local business that wants a simple card, in its colours, with no entry fee.

Why does Digikart offer neither cashback nor customer statuses?

By choice, for the sake of simplicity. A baker does not need three VIP levels, they need the tenth pastry to be free and the customer to think of it on reaching the counter. We put our efforts into what shows there: the card in the Wallet, the two-second scan and the notification on the lock screen. If your business really needs a savings pot or statuses, let us know, but do not choose Digikart hoping to find them.
