Captain Wallet no longer exists under that name. The company was bought by Sendinblue, which became Brevo, and the offer is now called Brevo Wallet. Typing captainwallet.com redirects to brevo.com. This comparison keeps the name you searched for, but we may as well say it right away: Digikart and Captain Wallet do not target the same business. One is subscribed to online by a baker, the other is negotiated in a meeting with a chain. Checked on brevo.com on 16 September 2026, to be verified on their site before any decision.

Let us start with what Captain Wallet does better than us, because it is real. If you run a chain with an established customer file, a till connected to a central system and a loyalty programme already running, the wallet card is, for you, just one more channel to plug into what already exists. That is exactly what Brevo sells: Mobile Wallet comes in the same platform as email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and advertising, with a single contact base, connections to your data warehouse, your till and your ERP, training to get started and a dedicated contact. Buffalo Grill and Café Kitsuné are among their published case studies. Their Loyalty Platform also goes further than our Pro plan on the loyalty mechanics themselves: VIP tiers, referral, geolocated triggers, rewards linked to reviews and social media. For this profile, Digikart is not the right tool, and we will not claim otherwise.
Now look at their pricing page. Mobile Wallet appears in only one column of the grid, the Enterprise plan, described on their site as ideal for companies from one million contacts and shown as “On quote”. The free plan does not include it, nor do the €7 and €15 a month plans. There is no button to create a card: the Enterprise column has a “Contact us” button, and their Wallet page a “Request a demo” button. A hair salon that wants to replace its book of cardboard cards this weekend simply has no way in. That is not a flaw in their product, it is their market choice, and they own it.
The real difference is not the price, it is the size of the machine. Brevo does not just distribute the card: their Loyalty Platform also runs the programme, with points, tiers, referrals and rewards, and their FAQ states that half of their customers had no loyalty programme before. So the service is complete, but it is run from an entire marketing platform, it is bought on quotation and it connects to your data. Digikart does one thing: you scan the customer's QR at the counter, the stamp is added, the reward is triggered, with no connected till and no prior customer file. If you have a marketing department and a budget that goes through quotations, call them. If your loyalty programme currently fits in a shoebox next to the till, start with us, for free and with no bank card.
Impossible to say, and that in itself is useful information: no price is shown for Wallet Mobile. It sits in Brevo's Enterprise plan, marked “On quotation” as of 16 September 2026, and their terms and conditions specify that the prices on the site are excluding VAT. You will find out the amount after a sales meeting. With us, both prices are on the pricing page, as the final amount with nothing added, and the free plan does not ask for a bank card.
Nothing stops you, but you have to go through “Request a demo”: there is no online sign-up for Wallet Mobile. Their pricing grid puts this feature in the offer aimed at companies with one million contacts or more. With three hundred customers and a standard cash register, you are not the profile they are looking for, and a meeting will not change that.
When the wallet card is just one channel among others. If you manage several brands or chains, a customer data warehouse, a loyalty programme already in place, and you want to run email, SMS, WhatsApp and wallet from a single platform with a dedicated contact person, their offer is built for that and ours is not. Digikart stops where that level of complexity begins: we make a loyalty card that works at the counter, and we stick to that.
