DIGIKART

Digikart or Adelya: the honest comparison

Adelya is not a competitor like the others. It is a complete platform, developed in Labège by Adelya SAS, covering loyalty, emailing, SMS, gift cards, click and collect, and above all the loyalty card shared by an entire town centre. Digikart does one thing: a single business's loyalty card, in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Comparing the two often amounts to comparing a toolbox and a screwdriver. One point to know before going further: as of 16 September 2026, adelya.com shows no pricing at all, no price list, no starting price. The site offers a free demo and a contact form. The lines below come from their public pages viewed that day, to be checked before any decision.

Our honest reading

Let's start with what will annoy you: the price. As of 16 September 2026, no page on adelya.com shows an amount. No price list, no entry price, no “from”. The software directories that list them also say “on request”. It is not dishonest, it is the sign of a different trade: when the scope changes with every client, between a single shop and a town-centre card bringing together thirty businesses, a single price makes no sense. But for a lone shop owner, the consequence is concrete: you have to book a meeting, explain your case, and wait for a proposal before knowing whether it is within your means. With us, you read the price on the Pricing page and you decide on your own.

Now let's say clearly when Adelya is the right choice, because there are several cases. If your traders' association or your town hall wants a loyalty card shared by the whole town centre, where the customer earns at the butcher's and spends at the florist's, Digikart cannot do it and will not: our card belongs to one business. If you are a tourist office with a City Pass, same answer. If you want email, SMS, gift cards, click and collect and games in a single tool, their scope is far beyond ours. If part of your clientele rarely has a smartphone and needs a physical card, we do not meet that need. And if your till software is one of the more than forty systems they already announce as integrated, that will save you time. In those cases, do not waste time with us: call them.

The rest of the time, richness is paid for in hours. A platform with fifteen modules has to be configured, learned and kept running. A baker who wants to replace their stamp card before Saturday needs neither a scoping meeting nor a store locator module. They need the card to exist, in their colours, and their apprentice to know how to scan a QR code. That is exactly Digikart's scope, and that is why the free plan does not ask for a bank card: you test it in your shop, with your real customers, before talking about money.

A word on the gap in maturity, because it is real and it matters. Adelya shows 28,000 users on its home page, and publishes the cases of towns that use its shared card, such as Saint-Quentin and Lamballe. We are younger and much narrower. What we can guarantee fits in two sentences: the price shown is the one that will be charged, and you can try everything without talking to anyone. If you consult them anyway, ask them for the total cost over three years, set-up included, with the price of SMS and the price per location. It is the only way to compare two offers when only one of them publishes its prices.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Adelya cost?

We cannot tell you, and nobody can from their site: as of 16 September 2026, no pricing is published there, and software directories show “on request”. You have to request a demo to get a proposal. If you do, ask for the total cost over three years, with set-up fees, the price of SMS and the price per location. At Digikart, all three plans are published: €0, €17 and €49 per month.

My town has a town-centre loyalty card. Can Digikart replace it?

No, and it is a real limitation on our side. A shared card means that points earned at one shop can be spent at another, with a common fund between the businesses and an association running the whole thing. Digikart creates one business's card, for that business. If your traders' association is leading a collective project, Adelya has worked in that field for a long time and you will be better served with them. Nothing stops you from having your own card as well.

Adelya is more complete, why choose Digikart?

Because “more complete” is only an advantage if you use the extras. A hair salon that wants its clients back every two months has no use for a click and collect module or a multi-brand gift card. It needs a card in the phone, a three-second scan at the counter, and a clear reward. Our answer is a free plan you can try tonight, and the move to €17 or €49 the day you want more.

Try Digikart, it is free.
