The large-format loyalty card, on iPhone

With iOS 27, Apple Wallet changes the loyalty card: it becomes a large full-frame image, with buttons right below it. Digikart offers it from the Plus plan. Your name shows in large letters, in your style, and your customers reach your benefits or your address in one tap.

Included in the Plus and Pro plan The large-format card is included from the Plus plan (€17 incl. VAT per month) and in the Pro plan. It shows on iPhones running iOS 27, other phones keep the classic card.

Your name in large letters, in your style

Your business name fills the card in large letters, with an optional kicker above it. Seven styles are available: solid colour, gradient, monogram, pattern, photo banner, duotone photo or your own image.

Two buttons under the card

The first opens the customer's benefits page: their balance, their rewards and their history. The second is yours to choose: order, book an appointment, call, go to your address or show your offers.

The balance and the next tier

Customers see their balance at a glance and the threshold of their next reward, for example "Next tier 40 points". Every visit at the till updates the card.

No customer left out

Customers on Android, or on an iPhone still running a version before iOS 27, keep the current card exactly as it is: the card file contains both layouts.

How it works

In My card, Large-format card tab, you choose the style, your photo if you have one, the displayed name, the kicker and the second button, with a preview true to how Wallet renders it. You turn it on when you like it: cards already installed on your customers' phones update by themselves, with nothing to reinstall. You can turn it off at any time, and the classic card takes its place again.

Frequently asked questions

Which phones show the large-format card?

iPhones running iOS 27. On Android, the card stays in Google Wallet in its usual form, and an iPhone still on an earlier version of iOS shows the classic card.

Do my customers need to reinstall their card?

No. As soon as you turn on the large-format card, cards already installed update by themselves on the iPhones concerned.

Can I go back to the classic card?

Yes, at any time, from the same tab. Your settings stay saved if you turn it back on later.

What happens if I leave the Plus plan?

The card switches back to the classic format for your customers, with nothing lost: balances, rewards and history stay in place.
