The big bag always runs out. So does the litter. Your customers will come back, the question is where. A point for every pound spent, and a reminder just as the bag runs low: the card waits in the phone between two visits. For a pet shop it is points-based loyalty software, with a win-back message on a delay you set.
Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.
You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.
In a pet shop, points mode is the fair one: a pound spent is a point, and at 250 points the customer leaves with £15 off the food, a bag of litter or a grooming session. The big sack drives the counter up, the treats keep it ticking. On Pro, the win-back for inactive customers fires at the delay you set, say 45 days, about the life of one bag.
No, and the law is clear. In Scotland, offering or giving an animal as a prize is an offence (Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006, s31). In England and Wales it is one with an unaccompanied under-16 (Animal Welfare Act 2006, s11), and Ireland has the same rule (2013 Act, s22). Keep the reward on what gets used up: a bag of litter, £15 off the food, a toy, a groom.
You will not win on the price of a delivered box, but you can win on the moment. Points make the big sack worth buying from you, and the Pro plan's win-back brings your shop back to mind at the delay you set. Then add what no box contains: the weigh-in, the advice on changing food, the emergency bag five minutes before closing on a Saturday.
You set the threshold: push it to 400 or 500 points if your baskets are big. The Plus plan also allows three tiers inside one cycle, say a toy at 150 points, £10 off at 300, a bag of litter at 500. The customer sees the next tier on the card and keeps going.
The basic loyalty card is free, with no cap on customers and no commitment. The Pro plan, all inclusive at €49 per month incl. VAT, can be taken whenever you want.
