DIGIKART

The loyalty programme for your sandwich shop

Between twelve and two, the day is won or lost. The queue reaches the door, the counter across the road sells exactly the same ham and cheese, and nobody has a minute to spare. What you need behind that counter is loyalty software that costs you no time: one scan while you take payment, stamps that add up on their own, and a reason to walk a hundred yards your way again tomorrow.

Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.

What the paper card costs you

How it works

You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.

The recommended programme for your sandwich shop

In a sandwich shop the plain stamp card is enough: 7 lunches, the 8th on you. A regular who eats with you three or four times a week gets there in a fortnight, and it is that short wait that builds the habit. The reward that works is a whole lunch, not a coffee. On the Plus plan (€17 incl. VAT a month, around £15, billed in euros), the welcome bonus credits a first stamp at sign-up, so the card is never empty.

Frequently asked questions

At lunchtime the queue never stops: will scanning slow me down?

The scan fits inside the time your card machine takes to think. Your customer opens the card in their Wallet while you wrap the sandwich, and you scan it as you take payment. Nothing for them to install, no name to look up in a list, no cardboard card to find in the pile.

The supermarket meal deal is cheaper than my sandwich: what can a stamp card do about that?

It changes what your customer counts. On price alone you lose to a multiple, so play the week instead: seven lunches with you and the eighth is free, which no meal deal offers. And your name sits in their Wallet with the stamps already earned, right at the moment they decide which way to walk.

The shop across the road has launched an app, should I do the same?

Not for loyalty on its own. An app does things a card cannot: online ordering, the menu, payment; if that is your plan, it earns its place. But to collect stamps it asks your customer to download, create an account and keep the icon. The Digikart card is added in one scan to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with nothing to install.
