You spend ten minutes comparing two creams for a customer who will leave with just their prescription and order the cream that evening on their phone. Parapharmacy is where your margin is free, and it is the part that walks away. For a pharmacy, Digikart is loyalty software that only counts what may be counted: hygiene, cosmetics, sun care, supplements. Never medicines.
Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.
You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.
In a pharmacy, points work better than stamps: between a lip balm and a course of supplements, the basket is anything but regular. Credit one point per euro on the part of the receipt outside the pharmacy monopoly, and set the reward as a discount on the skincare range. The Plus plan renames the unit, puts your logo on the card and sends 3 notifications a month: enough to announce the arrival of the sun care range to your whole customer list.
Since 6 March 2026, Article R. 4235-52 of the French Public Health Code allows it: products whose sale is not reserved for pharmacists may give rise to benefits or loyalty schemes. Medicines and the monopoly remain excluded. So your card only counts the ranges outside the monopoly, and the reward takes the form of a discount rather than a gift.
Nothing goes out on its own. At the counter, credit is given by scanning the customer's QR, for the amount you enter. You only include the ranges outside the monopoly: hygiene, cosmetics, sun care, supplements. Not medicines, not infant formula, not self-tests, not the essential oils covered by the monopoly. Prescription only, consultation, vaccination: no scan.
There is nothing to install. The customer scans the poster on your counter and the card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, next to their transport card. No account to create, no app. On the next visit, they show their screen and you scan. For the hesitant, show them the screen once, that is enough.
The basic loyalty card is free, with no cap on customers and no commitment. The Pro plan, all inclusive at €49 per month, can be taken whenever you want.
