The dog leaves brushed, its owner says see you soon, and nobody sets a date. Eight weeks later, the appointment still has not been rebooked. A card in the phone keeps the link between two visits: it counts the groomings, it reminds them of your salon every time they open Wallet, and the Pro plan follows up with those who are overdue.
Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.
You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.
At the salon, one stamp per full groom is enough: six visits, the seventh at half price. A dog seen every six to eight weeks gets there within a year, fast enough for the card to be useful. The Plus plan puts your logo on it and calls your stamps “grooms”. The Pro plan sends the reminder when the interval you set has passed.
In a roundabout way, yes. When the card is added, the first-name field is optional: nothing stops your customer from writing Gribouille there instead of her own first name. Her card then carries the name you both use. The rest, the breed, the temperament, the clippers he tolerates, stays in your head, and that is just fine.
Tell them in person, without naming any illness. The French Rural Code (Code rural) reserves consultations, diagnoses and prescriptions for vets: a groomer who writes “ear infection” on a card is stepping outside their role. Say what you saw, send them to the vet, and keep your notifications (from the Plus plan, 3 a month) for business matters: an appointment to rebook, a slot that frees up.
You set the interval. With the Pro plan, the reminder goes out on the card of customers who have passed the limit you set, 60 days for example. Digikart does not keep your diary, it tells you who is missing: it is up to you to call the Bouvier's owner back before the knots set in.
The basic loyalty card is free, with no cap on customers and no commitment. The Pro plan, all inclusive at €49 per month, can be taken whenever you want.
