Your customer's full journey on iPhone: scanning the QR at the counter, creating the free card and adding it to Apple Wallet in seconds.
Your customer simply opens their iPhone camera and points it at the counter QR. No app to install, no account to create. A yellow badge appears at the bottom of the screen: they tap it to open the page.
Safari shows a page in your business colours, with its name and the details of the rewards to be earned. The customer immediately sees what the card gives them. The page states: no app to install, 100% free for you.
The “Your first name (optional)” field personalises their card. The “Your phone number (optional)” field will let them be identified at the till without taking out their card; it is never used for advertising. If you have turned on the birthday reward (Pro plan), a “Your date of birth (optional)” field also appears.
A single, clearly visible button: “Create my free card”. The card is generated instantly, with the welcome bonus already credited if you have turned it on. The customer goes straight to the installation screen.
The “Add the card to your phone” screen offers the “Add to Apple Wallet” button. Tapping it opens the official card preview in Wallet. They confirm with “Add” at the top right, and it is done.
The card is now filed in Apple Wallet, with their other cards. It shows your name, your colour, their number of stamps or points and the next reward to reach. It updates automatically after every visit.
At payment time, the customer opens their card in Wallet and shows it to you, then you confirm their visit with a scan using the Digikart iPhone app or the web area at digikart.fr/app. The stamp or points are credited to their card immediately.
If a customer closed the page before adding their card, no panic: they just scan the counter QR again. Their existing card reappears with the add buttons, and nothing is lost.
