Creating your digital loyalty card

From free sign-up to a card ready for your customers: account creation, customisation, reward and counter QR, step by step.

1. Open the sign-up page

Go to digikart.fr/app?inscription=1 from a computer or a phone. The “Create my account” form appears straight away. No bank card is asked for: the Free plan is free, with unlimited customers.

2. Fill in the account creation form

Enter the business name, the town, your phone number, your email and a password. The “Referral code (optional)” field can stay empty. Then click “Create my account”.

3. Confirm your email address

A “Check your email” screen appears. Open the message you received and click the confirmation link. You then land on your Digikart dashboard.

4. Customise the card's appearance

Open the “My card” page, “Appearance” tab. Check the business name, choose the “Card colour” from the swatches or click “Another colour” to enter the exact code from your brand guidelines (e.g. #1A6B3C). Adjust the “Card title” if needed, for example Loyalty card.

5. Choose your loyalty mode

Move to the “Rewards” tab. Choose “Stamps” (1 visit = 1 stamp, ideal for cafés, salons, food trucks) or “Points” (based on the amount spent, ideal for restaurants and shops). In points mode, also set “Points earned per euro spent”.

6. Define the reward

Fill in the “Reward” field, for example A free coffee. Enter the threshold in “Stamps required” or “Points for the reward”. That is what your customers will see on their card as the goal to reach.

7. Save and check the preview

Click “Save”: the button saves the settings from every tab at once. The “Live preview” on the right shows how the card looks. For a faithful rendering, click “See the exact Apple / Google Wallet preview”.

8. Test the card on your own phone

Below the preview, use the “Apple Wallet” or “Google Wallet” buttons to add your own test card. You then experience exactly what your customer will. Your card is ready: all that is left is putting the QR on the counter.

One extra tip

Take five minutes to add your test card to your phone before offering it to customers: you will know how to present it in one sentence, and you will spot any text or colour to adjust straight away.
