Fidelatoo and Digikart target the same shop owner: replacing the stamp card with a card in the customer's phone. The mechanics, however, are not the same. At Fidelatoo, you type the customer's phone number at the counter and they have nothing to do, which is quick and well thought out. But their website states that the customer has to download their app once to get their QR code in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and that they must have it installed to receive a notification. With us, the card is added to the Wallet from a link, with nothing to install, and notifications arrive on the card itself. A second point that skews comparisons: Fidelatoo shows its prices excluding VAT, we show ours with all taxes included. The amounts below are converted to prices including VAT, with the price excluding VAT given in brackets, unless otherwise stated in the row concerned. Recorded on fidelatoo.fr on 16 September 2026, to be checked on their site before any decision.

Let's start with what Fidelatoo does better than us, because it is real. At the counter, their shop owner types in the customer's phone number and that's it: nothing to take out, nothing to scan, the customer does not have to touch their phone. A butcher's on a Saturday at noon, or an older clientele not at ease with smartphones, are better off with it than with our QR code scan. They also offer SMS campaigns, €0.06 each on their site, with no mention of tax even though their other prices are excl. VAT, which reach a customer even if they never open their Wallet, and we do not offer them. Finally, Fidelatoo itself notifies users of its app who pass near your business, including people who are not yet your customers. That is acquisition, not loyalty: our proximity notification, on the Pro plan, only wakes up customers who already have your card, never strangers.
On price, the answer depends on what you are looking for. Their single plan, Premium, comes to €30 incl. VAT per month with a one-year commitment, or €36 incl. VAT with no commitment. Our Plus plan costs €17 and is first of all there to dress up the card, with your logo, your banner, your colours, up to three tiers, the welcome bonus and the large-format card. It sends 3 notifications a month, no more. If you want to write to your customers without counting, as their Premium allows, the plan to compare is our Pro plan, at €49, and their Premium with commitment is then cheaper than it by €19 per month, or by €9 while our launch offer at €39 lasts, until 31 December 2026. We would rather write it here than let you find out elsewhere. What ours adds for that price: the connection to your till, CSV export of your analytics, automations that run without you, and no commitment. Employee accounts are not an argument for us: their Premium already includes five.
The real difference, though, is not the price, it is what happens in your customer's phone. Their website is clear on two points: to have the QR code in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the customer has to download their app once, and to receive a notification, they must have it installed. Their system even sends them an SMS with the link to the app stores as soon as you enrol them. This is consistent with their model, a network of businesses brought together in a shared app, and that network has its value. But every installation you ask for loses customers along the way. With Digikart, the card is added to the Wallet from a link or the counter QR code, with no account and no app, and the notification arrives on the card, on the lock screen. If your customers happily install apps, the Fidelatoo ecosystem makes sense. If they do not, it costs you dearly in customers who will not go all the way.
Two things remain to be checked before deciding. First, their free plan: their French pricing page shows none, whereas their English pricing page presents a “Start” plan at €0 for life, with notifications paid in credits earned with each new customer. Ask them what applies in France, and note in passing that their terms of sale still showed different amounts from their pricing page on the day we checked. Then the large-format card: since iOS 27, Apple Wallet can show the loyalty card in large format, under your name, with two buttons beneath it. We include it from the Plus plan, at €17. Fidelatoo does not announce it on its site to date, which does not mean it will never come to them: both sites change, check before signing.
It depends on the plan being compared. Their Premium comes to €30 incl. VAT per month with a one-year commitment, or €36 incl. VAT with no commitment. Our Plus plan, at €17, is cheaper but stops at 3 notifications a month, where their Premium does not limit their number: it is first of all there to dress up the card. Our Pro plan, at €49, is the one that does the same job as their Premium, and it costs €19 more per month, or €9 more while our launch offer at €39 lasts, until 31 December 2026. In return it includes the connection to your till, CSV export of your analytics, automations and no commitment. Note: their Premium already includes five staff accounts, so that is not a point for us. And our free plan, for its part, runs with no customer cap and no end date.
At Digikart, never: the card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from a link or your counter QR code, and notifications arrive on the card. At Fidelatoo, the customer has nothing to install to collect points, since you enter their phone number. However, their site states that they have to download their app once to get their QR code in their Wallet, and that they must have it installed to receive your notifications.
Three cases, and they are serious. If speed at the counter comes first and your customers are not well equipped with smartphones, their phone number entry beats our QR code scan. If you are set on SMS to reach everyone, they offer it at €0.06 per message, a price shown with no mention of tax, and we do not offer it. And if you want to benefit from their network of businesses and from the notifications Fidelatoo itself sends to users of its app who pass near you, that is an acquisition channel we do not have: our proximity notification only wakes up customers who already have your card. Digikart takes the lead again if you do not want your customers to install anything, if you want to start without paying and without a customer cap, if you want the large-format card on iPhone, or if you want to connect your till.
