Your bays run all day with nobody on site. You empty the coin meter, you change a brush, and you have no idea whether the week's washes came from forty regulars or two hundred strangers. On a self-service site, loyalty software has to work without a counter: the driver takes the card off the poster, and you finally see who comes back.
Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.
You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.
On a wash site the amounts have nothing in common: £2 in the vacuum, £9 through the rollover. Points mode fits better than stamps, one point per pound or euro, a free wash at the threshold you set. The Plus plan (€17 incl. VAT a month, around £15, billed in euros) adds up to three tiers in one cycle, so the short visits count too. Pro wins back the drivers who have gone quiet.
They take it themselves. The Digikart poster, in your colours, goes on the payment terminal or the bay wall. The driver points a phone camera at the QR code and the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app to install, no account to create, nobody behind a counter.
You do, or your manager. To be straight about it: Digikart does not count wash cycles by itself, someone has to scan the customer's QR code. In practice that happens on the maintenance and cash-collection round, or the next time a driver catches you there. In points mode you key in the amount, which catches up several washes at once.
That is when it counts most. A hosepipe ban, a temporary use ban in the UK or a Water Conservation Order in Ireland, restricts household hosepipes; commercial car washes fall outside it and stay open, which is exactly why drivers come to you. A Pro notification tells your cardholders you are washing as usual.
The basic loyalty card is free, with no cap on customers and no commitment. The Pro plan, all inclusive at €49 per month incl. VAT, can be taken whenever you want.
