DIGIKART

The loyalty programme for your tattoo studio

A client walks out with a piece you are proud of, shows it to everyone they know, and you do not see them again until next year. In between, nothing. Their card stays in their phone, moves on at every session and gives you a reason to get back in touch. For the studio, it is loyalty software built for long gaps and big tickets.

Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.

What the paper card costs you

How it works

You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.

The recommended programme for your tattoo studio

In a tattoo studio, points mode fits better: a small flash and a back piece cannot be worth the same stamp. You set how many points a pound spent is worth (a euro, in Ireland), and the Plus plan lets you put up to three milestones in one cycle: a free print at the first, money off the next session at the second, a flash piece at the third. The long project moves, and the client sees it move.

Frequently asked questions

My clients only come once a year, is a loyalty card worth it?

That is exactly when it earns its place: it does not end up at the bottom of a bag, it waits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, in your colours and with the name of the studio. And the win-back on the Pro plan (€49 incl. VAT a month, around £42, billed in euros) writes to anyone who has not been in for the delay you choose, six months say, the week you open your books.

How do I reward a client who sends their friends in?

Digikart does not run referrals for you. What works: the welcome bonus on the Plus plan, so the new client’s card starts with points on it, and you say it at the counter, “tell them I sent you”. For the one who referred, a gesture next session. A referral under 18 is not a client: tattooing under-18s is an offence across the UK, whatever a parent signs, and Ireland sets no age in law, so your studio rule decides.

Can I send aftercare instructions by notification?

Aftercare is handed over in the studio, on paper, at the end of the session, along with everything your council registration covers. The card is for what comes after. A month later you send one notification to every client (Pro plan, no billed SMS): touch-ups are open, book yours. Health details have no place in a loyalty tool, and none are asked for.
