DIGIKART

The loyalty programme for your catering business

At lunchtime it is the office across the road collecting six platters, three times a week. On Saturday it is a wedding prepared eight months ahead and paid for once. Both keep the kitchen alive, but not at the same pace. The points follow the money: the Tuesday platters keep the counter ticking over, the buffet for a hundred guests sends it up in one go.

Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.

What the paper card costs you

How it works

You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.

The recommended programme for your catering business

For a caterer, it is points mode, worked out on the order value, that does justice to both sets of customers. Plan a small reward the lunchtime customer can reach, a free platter at the next tier, and a high tier for the client who trusts you with a function, say money off their next booking. The Plus plan allows three tiers in one cycle.

Frequently asked questions

My customer is a company: who does the reward belong to?

To the company, not to the person who places the order. A personal perk for whoever picks the supplier can be treated as bribery under the Bribery Act 2010, and under the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 in Ireland, when it is meant to sway that choice. Word the reward as money off the company's next booking and show it on the invoice.

How do I bring wedding guests back?

You never see them at a counter, but the buffet is yours. Stand your poster and its QR code by the desserts, or print the same QR code on a card at every table. Anyone who loved your cake adds the card to their Wallet with nothing to install, and the Plus plan's welcome bonus credits it straight away.

I deliver the platters, I have no counter: how do I credit the points?

Scanning works from the iPhone app or from a plain browser, so it happens on the doorstep at drop-off. The customer shows their card, your driver scans it, and it is done before they are back in the van. On the Pro plan, every driver gets their own staff account.
