The loyalty programme for your fishmonger's

Friday morning the queue is out on the pavement and nobody has time to hunt for a card to stamp above the ice. The customer holds out their phone, you scan, done. For a fishmonger's, this is loyalty software that counts in points: Saturday's seafood platter weighs what it is worth, and Tuesday's two haddock fillets still count.

Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.

What the paper card costs you

How it works

You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.

The recommended programme for your fishmonger

Behind a wet fish counter, count in points rather than stamps: one pound taken is one point, and at 250 points the reward lands, a dozen oysters or £15 off the basket, whichever you choose. Saturday's platter sends the counter up, Tuesday's haddock keeps it ticking. On Pro, a Thursday evening message, “Scallops on the slab tomorrow”, fills your Friday with no text messages to pay for.

Frequently asked questions

My customers only buy fish on a Friday, can a card hold that pace?

That pace is enough: fifty-two Fridays a year, plus Good Friday and Christmas Eve. Between two visits the card waits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, never wet, never lost at the bottom of a bag. On a £25 basket, a reward set at 250 points lands every ten Fridays. The threshold is yours, and you can lower it whenever you like.

I run three markets and the shop, does the same card work everywhere?

Yes, one card per customer, credited from your iPhone or from a browser: a phone on mobile data is enough on the stall. The Pro plan (€49 incl. VAT a month, around £42, billed in euros) adds unlimited locations, one per market and one for the shop, and staff accounts, so your Saturday hand credits baskets from their own phone.

Can I tell my customers about an end-of-day discount?

Yes. Send the notification, and keep the price claim straight. In the UK, misleading price claims come under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, enforced since 6 April 2025: a “was” price must be one you really charged. In Ireland, a prior price shown has to be the lowest of the previous 30 days.
