DIGIKART

The loyalty programme for your chocolate shop

Your year comes down to a few dates: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, then the Easter eggs. In between, the window looks wonderful and the shop is quiet. The digital card keeps your December customers in your pocket, and on Pro a notification reaches them three weeks before Easter, as the moulds leave the kitchen.

Free, unlimited customers, no bank card. Ready in 15 minutes.

What the paper card costs you

How it works

You create your card online and put the poster with its QR code on the counter. The customer scans it once with their camera: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. On each visit, you scan their card (or your till does it): stamps or points add up, and the reward unlocks on its own.

The recommended programme for your chocolate shop

In a chocolate shop, count in points rather than boxes: one point per pound or euro spent, from the Tuesday bar to the Christmas hamper. At 150 points the customer leaves with the box of their choice. The buyer of the big December selection clears the tier in one go, and they are the one you want back in February. On Pro, a flash promotion clears the Easter window before the chocolate blooms.

Frequently asked questions

I have Easter eggs left over: can I announce a discount?

Yes, with care over the wording. In Ireland an announced reduction has to show the prior price, the lowest you charged in the 30 days before, under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 as the CCPC explains it. In the UK there is no fixed 30 days, but CTSI pricing guidance asks that the comparison not mislead. That is where the Pro flash promotion goes out.

My customers buy to give as gifts: what use is a card to them?

The points stay with whoever pays, never with whoever unwraps the box. So the big Christmas selection moves its buyer closer to a reward they will keep for themselves, and that is how a gift buyer turns into a Tuesday customer. The birthday reward on the Pro plan finishes the job.

How often a year can I message my customers without wearing them out?

Messaging needs the Pro plan, €49 a month including VAT, roughly £42, billed in euros; Free and Plus send nothing. After that your calendar answers for you: a few messages a year on your real dates, the advent calendars, the Easter eggs, the weekend before Mothering Sunday. Pro does not count them and bills no SMS, so taste decides, not budget.
